Project Overview
Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill is an Orlando-based casual dining chain. It needed to recruit hourly staff and managers who fit its high-energy culture, so we built a careers site and a social media campaign around one employer brand idea: Smokey Bones team members are “Firestarters.”
The site carries the brand’s fire-and-flame look into every recruiting message, from “More Than Just a Job” and “Ignite Your Fire” to the culture and core values pages. Featured Firestarter profiles and a leadership video show candidates the real people behind the brand. Separate job paths cover hourly, management, support center, and internal opportunities. A coordinated campaign across Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube extended the same message and drove candidates back to the site.
