Project Overview
Design and development of an online training program for construction engineers at Granite Construction, one of the nation’s largest heavy civil contractors. The courses turned Granite’s instructor-led estimating curriculum into self-paced web-based modules, covering plan reading, quantity take-off, and the full bid process from site investigation to bid close.
Built with Granite’s engineering subject matter experts, the program gives new engineers a consistent foundation in the skills behind accurate estimates and successful projects, without pulling senior staff into repeat classroom sessions.
