Project Overview
Dallas ISD needed to prepare its current employees and new hires for the 2007–08 benefits enrollment and introduce them to DallasISD@YourService, the district’s new employee self-service portal. We created an interactive benefits guide that made a complex, high-stakes topic approachable for a large and varied workforce.
On-camera hosts, filmed in live action and composited into fully animated environments, guide employees through every section. It opens with a welcome message from the superintendent, then covers the benefits overview, how to enroll, retirement plans, and the district’s wellness program. A step-by-step tour shows employees exactly how to navigate the new portal to complete their enrollment. A persistent menu lets employees jump to the topics they need and come back anytime.
