Cuidado Casero: Home Health & Hospice Brochures

Cuidado Casero Home Health & Hospice serves patients and families across Texas, New Mexico, and Virginia with skilled home health, hospice, and personal care services. We designed a three-panel brochure and a four-panel gate-fold brochure to help patients and families understand their care options at an emotional and often confusing time.

The four-panel gate fold opens into two side-by-side guides, a Home Health Guide and a Hospice Guide, each answering the questions families ask first: what it is, who qualifies, and who pays. The outer panels introduce the care team, from skilled nursing and therapy to medical social workers and chaplains, explain personal care services, and list every local office. A soft purple and teal palette, botanical silhouettes, and warm caregiver photography give the materials the compassionate tone the subject requires. We delivered print-ready files with precise nested-panel layouts for a clean fold.
