Children’s Medical Center Employee Portal

Design and development of MyLifeatChildrens.com, a secure benefits and wellness portal for the more than 5,000 employees of Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, one of the nation’s leading pediatric healthcare providers. The portal was the online centerpiece of a multi-year employee health and wellness strategy, built to move staff from awareness to action: understanding their benefits, enrolling, and joining wellness programs.

We created the “Because We Care” identity and a warm, hand-drawn visual style that set the site apart from typical HR portals. Features included secure employee registration and login, guest access, benefits and enrollment resources, dedicated wellness programs for fitness, weight management, maternity, and tobacco cessation, polls, and podcasts. Seasonal campaigns like New Year, New You and the Live Healthy Dallas 100 Day Challenge kept employees coming back.
