Project Overview
Design and development of an eLearning series that trains CarMax store teams on the Sales Consultant Selection Process, the company’s structured approach to screening, interviewing, and hiring sales talent. The Management Assistant module walks learners through their role step by step: reviewing SalesMax assessment scores, scheduling phone and panel interviews, preparing candidate files, and following best practices for a consistent candidate experience.
Built from an existing live training deck, the series turned classroom content into four focused, voice-narrated modules of about five minutes each, with integrated video and post-tests that reinforce key steps. Each module was designed as a reusable template, so content could be updated and repurposed as the program grew.
