Project Overview
Design and development of the Talent Conversations Approach, an internal training program that teaches American Airlines employees and managers how to lead effective performance, goal-setting, and career development conversations. The program includes two modules, one for employees and one for managers, with five chapters each.
Built from client storyboards, the courses were designed to feel more like video than traditional eLearning, with full animation and motion graphics synced to professional narration and role-play video, and custom visuals in place of stock imagery.
