UX/UI Designer & Web Developer

SodaPop Media is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer & Web Developer to join our fast growing team. This is a full-time position based in our old-town Lewisville (Dallas suburb), Texas, office.

Ideal candidates will be experienced using Adobe Creative Suite products and other suitable UX/UI design & coding environments. Among your main tasks will be to design custom UX/UI, develop websites and build out custom designed websites using open source CMS (primarily WordPress), HTML 5, CSS 3 and the latest web technologies.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
Ability to design and develop responsive websites
Strong coding/programming skills in HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript and etc.,
Server-side coding knowledge a plus (PHP & MySQL)
Strong working knowledge of various WordPress custom theme, plug-ins, child theme, custom post type, e-commerce and etc.,
Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media
Experience with e-learning course, multimedia presentation and video editing is a plus

Sales Representative & Business Development

SodaPop Media is looking for a motivated Sales/Account Executive to join our fast-growing creative agency team. This role can be part-time or full-time and is based out of our office in Old Town Lewisville (a Dallas suburb).

As part of our team, you’ll represent SodaPop Media by introducing mid-sized businesses to Fortune 500 corporations to our full range of services—including strategic digital marketing, website design & development, and professional presentation design. We’re seeking a digitally savvy, client-focused sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive results.

Responsibilities

Generate new business by selling and promoting our design, development, and digital marketing solutions
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Own the sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting, to closing deals and ensuring smooth project handoff
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through calls, emails, and meetings
Negotiate contracts and close agreements that deliver value for both client and agency
Research and identify market opportunities to grow the agency’s client base
Prepare regular sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports
Understand clients’ businesses and recommend solutions that align with their goals
Create accurate estimates and proposals quickly and effectively

Requirements

3+ years of outside sales experience (agency experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
Proactive, energetic, and results-driven personality
Ability to think strategically and solve client challenges
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

We are looking for a highly skilled & digital savvy sales person who can assess the needs of a potential client and provide them with a solution that will best fit their needs.

Compensation:

Lucrative Pay Plan: Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, agency experience a plus
Sell & promote our design/development and digital marketing solutions to potential clients in order to generate revenue for the company. And have to reach sales target.
Responsible for closing the sale and delivering all paperwork to the Project Manager
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients via telephone calls, emails and meetings
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales with clients
Research, gather market and customer information
Provide periodically sales plan and reports to manager
Gain a clear understanding of clients` businesses and their project requirements
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing clients with estimates and proposals
