ProCollect: Collection Agency Sales Presentation

ProCollect is a Dallas-based collection agency that specializes in apartment and multifamily debt, one of the hardest collection categories there is. Its sales team pitches property management companies, so it needed a presentation that made a sensitive, unglamorous service feel professional, compliant, and trustworthy, and that showed managers exactly how working with ProCollect would go.

We designed a 34-slide presentation that builds the case step by step. It covers who ProCollect is and how it stays compliant, why apartment collections are uniquely difficult, how to place accounts, the people on the collection floor, and why property managers choose ProCollect, revealed point by point with progressive builds. Custom diagrams make the process concrete, from the receivables processing workflow to payment options and a visual breakdown of balances collected. The charcoal, orange, and lime visual system and architectural photography were designed to match ProCollect’s website, so prospects see one consistent brand from the first visit online to the sales meeting.
